Ruling on the ATP SA / HPCSA case

The court’s ruling on the matter between the ATP SA and HPCSA (case no 12942/2009) was handed down earlier today, in favour of ATP SA.

The court order declares the notice published on the 10th of November 2008, which stated that “it is not permissible to use unregistered persons to render psychological services including the administration of tests, instruments or techniques”, to be void and of no force and effect.
